William Wallace Group takes all care to provide special meals to meet all dietary requirements but is unable to guarantee that any meal will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, egg or egg products, seafood or other products that may produce allergic reactions in some people. Dietary meals are prepared to the best of William Wallace Group’s ability but the decision to consume food is the responsibility of the guest.
William Wallace Group is committed to delivering the highest quality items from the finest ingredients and follows a strict food safety process to minimise the risk of cross contamination and ensure correct allergen labelling of items. Our production kitchen processes ingredients that contain potential allergens, so we are unable to guarantee that any items are free from cross contamination.
All food items are prepared and delivered in accordance with Wiliam Wallace Group’s Brisbane City Council Accredited Food Safety Program which is independently audited by a QLD Health approved auditor.
All delivered catering items are prepared & delivered in accordance with this program but as William Wallace Group does not oversee the handling of food items after the delivery time, from this point the safety of the food items is the responsibility of the client.
