Order Placement

You can order from our delivered catering menu online, over the phone or by email. Please call or email us for full service event enquiries or if you require a quote.

We appreciate as much notice as possible and require all orders to be placed no later than 2pm one business day prior to your requested delivery time.

We understand sometimes last minute catering needs arise and we always love to assist where we can. Please phone us on 07 3868 1677 so we can advise on item and delivery time availability. While we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, unfortunately we cannot guarantee all menu items and delivery times will be available.

A minimum order of $150 is required for complimentary delivery to selected areas.

Orders under $150 will be subject to a surcharge in addition to applicable delivery fees if delivery is required, otherwise orders under $150 may be collected from our base in Hendra for no additional charge. Please be mindful that some menu items have a minimum order quantity.

We request that payment is made upon placing your order. Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or by EFT.

All our published prices are inclusive of 10% GST unless otherwise stated and will attract a 1.65% surcharge for AMEX & a 1.75% surcharge for Visa & Mastercard which will be applied at the time of payment when paying with credit or debit card.

We would love to assist with any custom menu items, where possible. Please contact us to discuss your request.

Please note we are unable to accommodate changes to menu items on our delivered catering menu.

We offer a range of menu options to suit different allergies and diet preferences. We pack all special diet items in separate packages with clear labelling to limit the risk of cross contamination.

Please note, while will take all care to provide special meals to meet all dietary requirements we are unable to guarantee that any meal will be 100% free of all traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, egg or egg products, seafood or other products that may produce allergic reactions in some people. To manage extreme allergies, special arrangements must be made prior to placing your order

Delivery

All orders are delivered in our refrigerated vans. Cold items are either delivered in recyclable cardboard catering trays ready to serve or in disposable aluminium trays ready for you to heat and serve at a later time.

Hot items are delivered in recyclable cardboard catering trays packed in insulated boxes with heat packs to ensure items are warm on arrival.

All cold items will be delivered up to 1 hour prior to the requested delivery time and all hot items will be delivered up to 15 minutes prior to the requested delivery time. In the event your delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible.

On special event days and for seasonal offerings such as Melbourne Cup & Christmas, a custom delivery policy applies, and orders may be delivered during an advised delivery window.

Orders may be collected from our base in Hendra Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please ensure orders are collected promptly at the specified time and we do not offer a pickup option on weekend orders.

Changes, Postponements & Cancelations

To cancel an order, please inform us via email two business days prior to the delivery date and you will receive an 80% refund of the full order total.

Orders cancelled less than two business days prior to the delivery date will not be refunded.

Please contact us and we will happily assist with any changes required. Please note we are unable to guarantee any order changes requested within two business days of the delivery time.

To postpone an order, please inform us via email three business days prior to the delivery date and our friendly team will happily make the adjustment.

Postponement requests received within two business days of the delivery time will be treated as a cancelation.

Christmas Catering

Our Christmas catering menu will be available for delivery from 1 December - 25 December 2024.

Please place all Christmas catering orders as soon as possible and at least five business days prior to the requested delivery time.

Final orders for 23.12, 24.12 & 25.12 are due by 2pm Wednesday 18 December. While we will endeavour to assist with last minute orders, we are unable to guarantee items will be available.

From 22.12 - 25.12, we will only be providing items from our Christmas catering menu. Items from our regular delivered catering menu will be unavailable 22.12 - 01.01 unless prior arrangements have been made.

We are unable to accommodate changes to our Christmas menu items. Please order appropriate items from our Christmas menu to accommodate your guests tastes and dietary requirements.

Due to the large volume of orders for delivery on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we will contact you on 23.12 to provide an approximate deliver time. If there is a specific timeframe that you require your delivery, please note this when placing your order and we will endeavor to accommodate the request.

We are unable to guarantee specific delivery times on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. Orders for all other dates will be delivered as per our standard delivery policies. Please see our Delivery page for further information.

Please ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery as we are unable to leave items unattended. If there is no one available when we attempt delivery, then we will call the contact number provided. If we are unable to reach you then your order will be returned to our base in Hendra, please contact us to arrange collection.

All menu items are prepared on the morning of delivery to ensure items are as fresh as possible.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day orders are prepared on the morning of Christmas Eve, and all dressings and condiments are served in separate containers so that the items can be placed in the refrigerator and served on Christmas Day.

Orders are delivered with easy-to-follow heating instructions for you to heat your items in a domestic oven.

Items are supplied in recyclable carboard catering trays ready to serve or disposable aluminium trays ready to heat & serve.

All food items should be stored in a refrigerator below 5⁰C upon delivery until ready to serve.

We recommend serving delivered catering items as soon as possible from the delivery time and within 1-2 days of the delivery time to ensure items are as fresh as possible.

Heating instructions are provided with items, all domestic ovens are different, and we cannot guarantee exact instructions. Please allow additional time to reheat your items and ensure they reach an internal temperature of 75⁰C prior to serving.

The internal temperature should be measured by inserting a probe thermometer into the slowest heating part of the food item and waiting for the temperature reading to stabilise.

Food items should be removed from cold storage and reheated to an internal temperature of 75⁰C within 1.5hrs.

Food items served cold should be consumed within 1.5hrs of removing from the refrigerator and food items that have been reheated should be consumed within 1.5hrs of reaching 75⁰C.
